PulseAPI is an API health monitoring platform that allows you to track the uptime, response times, and availability of your HTTP endpoints. By using PulseAPI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Account registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Each person may only maintain one account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PulseAPI to:
- Monitor URLs associated with malicious, illegal, or harmful activity
- Conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks against any target
- Abuse the platform by creating excessive endpoints to overwhelm third-party services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
Payment terms
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

Service availability
We strive to provide reliable and continuous service, but PulseAPI is offered on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage or service level agreement (SLA). The service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseAPI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
- You may delete your account at any time from your account settings
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
